Halcones Precious Metals Announces Extension of Private Placement

TORONTO, Aug. 02, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Halcones Precious Metals Corp. (TSXV: HPM) (the “ Company ” or “ Halcones ”) announces that further to its press releases dated June 21, 2023 and July 19, 2023, it has received an extension from the TSX Venture Exchange (“ TSXV ”) with respect to the duration of its previously announced non-brokered private placement of units of the Company (the “Units”), at a price of $0.05 per Unit, for gross proceeds of up to $3,000,000 (the “ Offering ”). As such, the outside date upon which final acceptance of the Offering may be granted by the TSXV has been extended from August 5, 2023 to August 25, 2023.

The securities being offered have not, nor will they be registered under the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and may not be offered or sold within the United States or to, or for the account or benefit of, U.S. persons absent U.S. registration or an applicable exemption from the U.S. registration requirements.
